Juliusz Sikorski (lecturer)

Doctor of Humanities, Assistant Professor at Assistant professor at the Faculty of Administration and National Security of the Jacob of Paradies University in Gorzów Wielkopolski.

He gained professional experience in the field of information management and its security in public and private entities as the manager of organizational units responsible for the broadly understood information processing, and at the same time as a representative for the protection of classified information and information security administrator.

Law practitioner – Attorney at Law, master’s degree (double – Law and Finance and Accounting), Assistant at the Department of Administration and National Security, the Jacob of Paradies University in Gorzów Wielkopolski.

Experienced researcher, i.a. co-founder and contractor of the National Science Center Grant entitled Economic freedom and market regulation on the example of the influence of EU and domestic market regulators on the shaping the content of contractual relations between entrepreneurs, no. 2017/27/B/HS5/02870.

Author of expert opinions, analyses, scientific publications, among others: “Admissibility of the codification of administrative sanctions in the EU law in the light of their legal nature”, “Economic rationale behind the sharing economy regulation”, “Consequences of applying the EU law in a faulty manner by the domestic administrative bodies”, Permanent collaborator of Prawo.pl in the field of labor law.
