W numerze 1/2026 jednego z najbardziej renomowanych czasopism prawnicznych w Polsce - Przegląd Sądowy, ukazał się artykuł pracownika Naszej Katedry dr. Marcina Galińskiego pt. "O krótkich odstępach czasu jako przesłance czynu ciągłego - głos w dyskusji" 🖊️
W artykule tym dr Galiński analizuje problemy związane z przesłanką krótkich odstępów czasu, o których mowa w art. 12 § 1 kodeksu karnego (a więc okresu, w którym musi zostać popełnionych dwa lub więcej zachowań by traktować jako jedno przestępstwo). Wskazuje on, że utrzymywanie tej przesłanki we wspomnianym przepisie nie jest dobrym rozwiązaniem i zasadna jest zmiana tego przepisu, by zamiast krótkich odstępów czasu była mowa o konkretnej liczbie dni. W związku z tym dr Galiński przedstawia propozycję nowego brzmienia art. 12 § 1 kodeksu karnego.
